RETAIL SCHEME PLAN

The Rock will comprise in excess of 500,000 sq.ft of new retail accommodation including two department stores, eight flagship stores and 60 other shop units. The open streets provide a single level streetscape environment with double height shop fronts.

The main retail street at The Rock extends the existing high street linking Market Place with the new main town square to be named, (St John Square), which will become the focal point for the town centre.
